Two new silos for Mordovcement Russia
Mordovcement, one of the largest cement manufacturing enterprises in the Russian Federation, located in Republic of Mordovia in the town of Komsomolskiy, has awarded a contract to Claudius Peters for the delivery of 2 new cement dispatch silos to be commissioned in the early part of 2012. These cement silos form part of the grinding plant modernization programme for both the wagon and truck loading functions. Material feeding will be carried out via a bucket elevator and aeroslide transport.
Both silos are duo cell silos with a capacity of 24,000T cement each. The railcar loading consists of 2 bulk loading lines with a loading capacity of 250 t/h each and the truck loading silo has 3 bulk loading lines with a loading capacity of 200 t/h each. All bulk loading lines will be equipped with vibrating screens, mobile loaders VMD 6 m and weighing bridges.
Claudius Peters is currently commissioning four similar silos for the new drying line at Mordovcement. These two new additional silos will provide Mordovcement with higher productivity for the semi-drying plant supplied some years ago.
