Cementos Yura S.A.

Cementos Yura, Peru built a new 4200 tpd cement line in their Arequipa plant. For the material handling plant Cementos Yura awarded Claudius Peters Technologies a contract on a semi turnkey basis with the implementation of 2 x 100 t truck unloading station, 1 slewing and luffing stacker 1.600 t/h, 1 reclaimer for additives and correctives, 1 reclaimer for limestone and all conveyors to feed the silos. Special attention was done for dedusting all chutes and to comply with stringent earthquake condition. The fabrication was done in Peru under the supervision of Claudius Peters personnel. The plant is now operating successfully.
