TMS metals conference 2014 deemed a success
Buxtehude, 6 March 2014. Now in its 28th year, the TMS Annual Meeting Exhibition is one of the top global showcases for the latest in products and services specifically for the metals industry. Over 4,300 industry leaders from more than 68 countries joined specialists in materials testing and characterization. Once again, Claudius Peters Projects GmbH and Claudius Peters Americas Inc. attended the conference which was held in San Diego from 16-20 February 2014. Claudius Peters presented a joint paper with Messrs. Qatalum Smelter, Qatar, on the commissioning and operation of an Aerated Distribution System (ADS) for pot cells used in the processing of alumina. Once again, with the high volume of visitors to the Claudius Peters booth and the successful joint presentation, the event was deemed a success.
