New cement grinding plant order for Malaysia
The Malaysian company CMS Clinker SDN BHD is constructing a new cement grinding plant in Mambong/Sarawak, Borneo. Turnkey mineral plant contractors and specialists, Christian Pfeiffer Maschinenfabrik GmbH, has chosen Claudius Peters silo, packing and palletizing technology for this new plant.
Claudius Peters will supply two type EC (Expansion Chamber) storage silos each with a diameter of each 18 m and a storage volume of 10.000 t. One silo will be designed as duo cell silo to store various kinds of cement.
Each silo cell is connected via an aeroslide system and a bucket elevator with the packing and palletizing plant.
Four bulk loading lines are installed below the storage silos, each equipped with a stationary loading device.
The packing and palletizing line for a bagging capacity of up to 3000 bags/h (50 kg and 40 kg bags) consists mainly of the bucket elevator; vibration screen; pre-bin and de-dusting filter as well as a 10 spout rotary packer type R10ZL with automatic bag applicator and cassette magazine. The discharge equipment as well as the bag cleaning, check weighing and bag rejection with bag cutter and rotary screen is part of the scope of supply as well as the complete spillage return for the complete packing plant.
The bags are distributed on 2 truck loading stations by means of a belt transport or on an automatic palletizing plant with a capacity of 3000 bags/h by means of manual rear loaders. A hood stretching with a max. capacity of 75 pallets/h is planned as load securing and moisture protection.
A double big-bag filling station with a pre-bin installed ahead and a separate dedusting filter allow to achieve the required capacity of 30 bags/h (1 t per big bag).
The necessary mechanic and electrical detail engineering, the hardware of the PLC and MCC as well as erection supervision and commissioning are also part of the scope of supply.
Commissioning is scheduled for 2015.
