Claudius Peters PACPAL Packer for Algeria
Algerian company, Société de Maintenance de l’Est (SME) recently awarded a contract to Claudius Peters Projects for the supply of two identical packing plants.
SME is owned by Groupe Industriel des Ciments d’Algérie, the largest cement producer in Algeria who operate eight cement lines with more planned.
The first packing plant is for their Ouagla plant, 800 km south of Algiers and the second installation at their Biskra plant; both plants are operated by Société des Ciments d’Ain Touta.
The two Claudius Peters two packing plants will have a 6 spout rotary packer PACPAL Roto Fill with a capacity of 1600 bags/h each, and two PACPAL truck loading plants.
As well as the pneumatic truck unloading station, Claudius Peters will be supplying the engineering works for two steel silos, at 500T each as well as total packing plant building.
Delivery will take place in quarter 4, 2016.
