Claudius Peters ALUDay 2017 Dubai

On May 10, 2017 Claudius Peters invited their regional clients to the first local Alu Day which took place in Dubai.

Claudius Peters was represented by Jan Paepcke, Head of Territory Sales Manager, Jens Garbe, Territory Sales Manager, Arne Hilck, Productline Manager and Hans-Dieter Nolde, Senior Sales Manager Grinding/PCI.

A number of presentations were made presenting solutions specific to the Alumina industry; topics included avoiding segregation and how improvements can be achieved when using the Alumina Distribution System (ADS).

Further topics included a paper on pneumatic transport featuring the Claudius Peters FLUIDCON system and specific information about vertical mills in paste plants.

A live demonstration of the Claudius Peters Technikum (Test Centre) in Germany was shown by video link where the testing of materials guarantees every new application is fully evaluated before proceeding to a full-scale plant. The Technikum, regarded by many as one of the most comprehensive facilities of its kind anywhere, also houses a permanent exhibition of Claudius Peters’ key technologies.
